The throttle controller adjusts the vehicle’s throttle response by adjusting the voltage from Mahindra’s fly-by-wire accelerator pedal. This means the driver can adjust the pedal to suit his needs and personal preferences for the conditions. Adjustment is easily done on the fly thanks to a small control unit attached to the dashboard.

All diesel vehicles experience a degree of throttle lag| the time it takes for the pedal’s message to get to the engine. Fitting a throttle controller means you’ll get the best possible acceleration for the least pedal travel for passing other vehicles or when towing by using the performance modes. You can quicken or slow down the response to suit yourself. Essentially you're vehicle’s going to feel a whole lot better around town and on the highway.

Off road there are huge advantages to be found in slowing down the throttle response because by ‘softening’ the pedal you’re smoothing out the issues caused by bumping up and down. You can also use the softer modes to make for more accelerator travel which can really help if you want to achieve maximum fuel economy.
