This is our new improved design. It utilises our heavier 2600 bags and is designed so the van rides at normal heights. Other brands are the same as our old model and when effective the van runs 2" taller in the rear. But not this kit - you still run at normal heights and still benefit from the bags being able to carry loads of 2t or more. The Load Assist Kit comes with:

BOSS air bags have been independently tested to 1000psi without bursting.

BOSS air bags have a recommended test pressure of 480psi. That meets the pressure vessel industry guidelines of 3 times the maximum working pressure.

When BOSS air bags are utilized in the load assist applications it’s virtually impossible to pull the bags apart. Since BOSS started manufacturing it’s own air bags in 2005| we have never had an airbag fail from bursting.
