Shipping Delay & Freight Cost Update

We’d like to inform our customers that the current fuel crisis is impacting freight networks across selected areas, which may result in delivery delays beyond our usual timeframes.

In addition, rising fuel costs are causing freight prices to increase. With many freight providers adjusting their rates as frequently as every 7 days and limiting pickup and delivery times, we are working hard to keep up with these changes.

We remain committed to offering the most competitive shipping rates possible and are doing everything we can to minimise the impact on our customers.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. If you have any concerns regarding your order, please don’t hesitate to contact our team.

HISTORICAL

There are several circumstances beyond our control that can impact the delivery of exceptional customer service and product delivery from 4WD Industries. Weather events, such as severe storms, cyclones, fires & flooding can disrupt transportation networks, causing delays or cancellations in deliveries. Additionally, supply chain disruptions, natural disasters, or even unexpected global events like pandemics can create challenges in fulfilling customer expectations on time.

While we strive to maintain high service standards, these unforeseen events may occasionally affect the timely delivery of products, and we always aim to communicate transparently and offer alternative solutions when necessary.
